I use all natural oils and salves on the plaque psoriasis that I have been "blessed" with. It runs in my family & I have had to deal with it for years. This is one of the best soothers I have found. Very thankful to have found this. Also I love the bath soap to soak in, it makes my skin so soft.
I developed a skin condition last year. I saw a dermatologist for it after months of suffering with itching. I was prescribed steroid ointments and allergy meds but they seemed to mask the issue and it just came back with avengance. I've been using this salve and the unscented/ and oatmeal and honey soap, as well as the unscented goats milk lotion on my rash. These products don't burn on my skin and they calm the redness and irritation. See the attached photos for the difference these products have had on my skin. I have been struggling with hormone-related eczema on my hands since the birth of my second child. I teach teenagers and play the piano every day for my job and this past fall it was so bad, I couldn’t even give high fives or make a full fist with my right hand - they hurt, they bled, they itched. My students would ask “what is wrong with your hand?!” I had kids…. 😃 After MONTHS of trying to fix it with a steroid cream, I remembered Bend Soap had salves. I had been buying their soap for several years, so I read the reviews and tacked on the soothing salve. My hand flared up in July 2023. The first picture was December 2023, after one week of using the salve. I wish I had a before picture… the second picture is June 2024. I have small flare ups here and there - like tonight from pulling weeds with my bare hands, and I immediately put this stuff on! It took about a month and a half to clear up completely, but it did!
I also use this on my daughters dry skin now - here face from chlorine and her hands/knuckles in the winter. Lotions “burn” her, but this receives no complaints! THANK YOU Bend Soap for giving me my hands back!
