2.) Once in the bath, sit back, relax, and soak for at least 15-20 minutes, giving the natural enzymes in the goat milk plenty of time to slough off dead skin cells and supply your skin with vitamins and moisture.
3.) Gently rub your skin, not skimping on any rougher areas like your heels, knees, and elbows. Use an all-natural sugar scrub for added exfoliation and silky-smooth skin.
4.) After getting out of the tub gently pat dry with a clean towel.
